Dear Student,
Welcome to this advanced module on Leadership Theory & Practice—where we pull leadership out of the realm of motivational posters and put it squarely into the world of evidence-based practice, analytical rigour, and real-world complexity. Whether you’re joining us online or sitting physically in the room, consider this your official entry into a space where leadership is not just discussed… it’s dissected.
This module is intentionally demanding. We’re not here to simply admire leadership concepts—we are here to interrogate them, test them, break them, and rebuild them in ways that align with the realities of the 21st century. You’ll be challenged technically, intellectually, and personally. Don’t worry: that’s exactly how it should be at Master’s level.
