This course explores the application of domestic and international legal principles to enhance leadership and organizational governance. Participants will examine the ultra vires doctrine, principles of natural justice, and the role of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) in organizational relations. The course covers ILO conventions, regulatory compliance, and the use of international legal instruments for public affairs management. Emphasis is placed on understanding legal authorities and sources to ensure organizational sustainability and effective governance.
