It emphasizes the principles of transparency, accountability, equity, and participatory practices to promote the rule of law and manage public and corporate affairs effectively. Participants will explore the role of law in governance, prioritize organizational goals for impactful outcomes, and apply theories of good governance in international relations. Additionally, the course examines citizen participation and state-led accountability practices as drivers of sustainable organizational development and growth.
