The main objective of this course is to enable graduate students understand and apply  the theories and currently applied principles  planning and resource mobilization  particularly  the principles of human resource management and leadership in improving organisation performance, apply recruitment, selection, staffing and appraisal process for organizational performance, apply philanthropy, fundraising, development partners approaches and engagement in resources mobilization, prepare resources requirement plan for appropriate business development. Also, this course familiarizes the students with the ability to procure resources according to organizational policies.
