Given the plethora of human rights instruments globally and nationally that center on gender equality, this course will offer theoretical and practical knowledge you will need to ground your development programming in the principles of HRBA and feminism. By the end of the course, you will have an understanding of the main feminist concepts relevant to global contexts, particularly as they relate to the praxis of feminist leadership in development work. You will gain the necessary skills to analyze how HRBA supports accountability and inclusion in feminist spaces. The course will also provide knowledge of key gender and development frameworks that will enable you to improve on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods of development projects from a feminist and HRBA angle.
